In the event of needing to book a service for your commercial coffee machine or repair, you will need to place a small deposit of £100.

The deposit is 100% refundable if your machine is covered by our Cool Beans warranty.

Please note: This does not cover cleaning issues, non accidental damage or deliberate mis-use of your equipment.

Once you book your service / repair a member of our team will contact you to arrange an engineer visit.
