Warranty Notice

We will not honour any warranty claim on your coffee machine if:

• You do not download and use our official app, or
• You buy cleaning products, descalers, filters or any other consumables from anyone other than us, or
• You use any cleaning products or consumables that were not purchased solely from us.

Using products from elsewhere or failing to use our app automatically voids the warranty in full. We have no obligation to repair, replace or support the machine under any circumstances if these conditions are not met.
